She is very common when Surfing, and she was my HM Boneka with Surf/Waterfall/Dive/Cut. Other choices that I can think of right now would be Chiyuri and Suwako, but they can evolve into Last Words so I wouldn’t use them for Dive. Also, A-VIVIT is Mew’s replacement, so I’m pretty sure she can learn any HM as well.

Some guy used cheat codes to see what kind of Puppets/Boneka are in there,I really liked the Shanghai sprite.:3 I really wished you would continue with it,but that’s easiert said than done,after all you are the one who would be in charge of hacking it. I really like hard Games,and this one is a damn good romhack,though some sprites could use an overhaul.
